Editors: Apply to be a Mentor & Coach for AAJA’s Voices Program for Students

Join AAJA’s 2024 VOICES cohort! This multimedia journalism training fellowship is for college and graduate students. This year’s program will focus on Asian Americans in the upcoming election cycle, broadly defined.

AAJA is looking for editors: professional journalists who serve as mentors and coaches to the students. Editors work as supervisors on the team reporting projects, facilitate training sessions and prepare the students for graduating from the classroom to the workplace. Being a VOICES editor is an opportunity to hone leadership skills and build lasting relationships.

VOICES 2024 will consist of training and project work that begins in late spring and culminates in person at the #AAJA24 Convention in Austin, Texas from August 7 through 11.
