Jameka Lewis, senior research librarian at the Blair-Caldwell African-American Research Library in Denver, will discuss the Black Panther press. Lewis will bring copies of the Black Panther newspapers recently acquired by the Denver Public Library and talk about the Black Panther News Service’s influence in the community. Tickets to the event are free for Denver Press Club members, and are $5 for non-members.
