Join a drop-in Q&A session with lawyers from the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press based in Colorado, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Tennessee as part of RCFP’s Local Legal Initiative. Speak with them directly to ask any general legal questions you have regarding libel and your rights as a journalist. The session is not limited to those from the listed states, the lawyers on the call will be able to answer questions for attendees from other states as well.Please note that while this session will be hosted by lawyers, it is not intended for attendees to ask legally sensitive or case-specific questions. Note: this is a follow-up to the workshop on libel offered by Ida B. Wells Society on March 15.
