Paul Miller Washington Reporting Fellowship

For more than 30 years, the Paul Miller Washington Reporting Fellowship has introduced promising young(ish) D.C. reporters to the city they’re assigned to cover. In monthly sessions, fellows learn how to cover the White House, Supreme Court, Capitol, Pentagon and other key institutions. They’ll review politics and policy with regulators, lawmakers, experts and the best journalists in the business. And they’ll network with colleagues who will help them grow personally and professionally.

Journalists from any medium and news organization are invited to apply for the 2023 fellowship. Over the course of the year, fellows experience 10 days of intensive, forward-looking education in the capital.
