The Ida B. Wells Society for Investigative Reporting has extended the deadline to apply for one of ten investigative internships with some of the country’s most prestigious newsrooms. The new deadline is Saturday, March 12 at 5 pm ET. Interested students and recent graduates are encouraged to submit their universal application.
These internships range from 10-12 weeks in length and are full-time and paid. Applicants should be current undergraduate, graduate students and recent graduates who are interested in gaining investigative skills and want to pursue a career in journalism. Students from historically underrepresented communities and those currently enrolled or recently graduated from historically Black colleges & universities and minority-serving institutions are strongly encouraged to apply.
