Q&A Session for Newsrooms: Email Newsletter Internship Program

The Colorado Press Association is piloting an email newsletter internship program with the goal of helping newsrooms learn how to effectively build relationships with audiences and, directly or indirectly, grow revenue via email newsletters.

CPA is hosting Q&A sessions on Monday, January 25 at 3:30 p.m. for newsrooms and 4 p.m. for interns and colleges to answer any questions you might have.

With special support from leading newsletter consultant, Dan Oshinsky, newsrooms and their assigned interns will work as a cohort to learn the best ways to set up and run an email newsletter and to experiment to find what works for them and their audiences.

The program will also provide valuable experience to the college students who will be joining our newsrooms in the future.

The internship program is available to members of the Colorado Press Association and with priority given to students of CPA member colleges. If you’re not already a CPA member, but would like to apply to host an intern and grow your newsletter presence, get in touch with Bay Edwards to learn more about becoming a member.
