This year’s Collaborative Journalism Summit will again be conducted fully online — you’ll just need a device and Internet access to participate. You’ll be treated to three half-days of lightning talks, workshops and participatory discussions about a wide array of #collaborativej topics and projects.
The Summit will kick off on Wednesday, May 19 and wrap up Friday, May 21, 2021. Sessions will be hosted each day from 11 p.m. MST until 3 p.m. MST.
The event will feature three jam-packed half-days of discussions about collaborative journalism, including such participants as the International Center for Investigative Journalists, the Local Media Association and Solutions Journalism Network.
Thanks to feedback from the collaborative journalism community and advice from Open News, the Center for Cooperative Media has restructured ticket costs this year. When you register, you’ll find three options — Blue, Yellow and Green. Please choose the option that best fits you and your organization’s financial situation.
No-cost scholarship tickets are also available to ensure ticket price is not a barrier for participation. If you need one, emailing summit@collaborativejournalism.org.
If you’re interested in moderating a conversation, hosting a networking session or speaking at the Summit, let us know ASAP by filling out this pitch form. And if you’re interested in being a sponsor, we’d love to talk! Email us at summit@collaborativejournalism.org.
