Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts, a nonprofit organization that holds educational programs on the courts and advocates for judicial reform, is hosting an informative program on the courts for journalists. One-Day Law School for Journalists™ supports journalists and others in the media who must cover the courts without a law degree.
The topics of the panel discussions will be: Grand Jury Process, Right to Know Act & Transparency, Hot Topics Affecting the Press: From Subpoenas to SLAPPs.
